Ingredients:
½ Tsp. Cumin
a pinch of Asafetida
½ Tsp. Turmeric powder
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
1 Tsp. SKP masala
1½ Tsp. Goda masala
3 Tbsp. Fresh coconut
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 green chilies
1 Tsp. Salt

Heat oil and temper with mustard seeds, cumin, and green chilies.
Add sprouted matki chili powder, turmeric powder, SKP masala, goda masala mix well and cover it with a lid. Put little water on the lid and cook till the matki is cooked soft. Add jaggery and salt. Cook for another 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Garnish with coconut and chopped coriander. Serve with chapati.
